My research falls into the area of Work & Organizational Psychology and focuses on the psychological processes that enable occupational well-being and job performance. Μy research mainly concerns the role of job characteristics, personal resources and proactive strategies (e.g., job crafting). Also, with my research, I try to understand how and under which circumstances employees recover from job demands during off-job hours. I specialize in advanced research designs (e.g., quantitative diary studies) and statistical analyses (e.g., multilevel modeling).
